Growing Leaders - Career Success

The Randle FFA Growing Leaders and Career Success Committee will host a Career Fair to introduce students to agricultural career opportunities and connect them with industry professionals, colleges, and trade programs. This event will help students explore career paths while building leadership and communication skills through networking.
Objectives: The committee aims to host a successful Career Fair with participation from industry professionals, colleges, and trade programs while exposing students to a variety of agricultural career pathways. The event will increase awareness of post-secondary and workforce opportunities, develop students’ leadership and communication skills through professional interactions, and promote strong student and community involvement.

Growing Leaders - Healthy Lifestyle

The Randle FFA Healthy Lifestyle Committee will host an athletic trainer to speak to members about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness.
Objectives: The committee aims to educate students on healthy living practices, increase awareness of the importance of physical and mental wellness, and encourage FFA members to make positive lifestyle choices through engagement with a health professional.

The Randle FFA Leadership Committee will organize a team-building scavenger hunt to promote collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among members in a fun and engaging environment.
The committee aims to strengthen teamwork and leadership skills, encourage member participation and collaboration, and build positive relationships within the chapter through interactive group activities.

The Randle FFA Personal Growth Committee will provide leadership lessons focused on professionalism, helping members develop skills such as communication, responsibility, and workplace readiness.
Objectives:
The committee aims to build students’ understanding of professional expectations, strengthen communication and leadership skills, and prepare members for success in school, FFA activities, and future careers.

Growing Leaders - Scholarship

The Scholarship Committee will host a workshop for FFA members covering available scholarships, application requirements, essay writing tips, résumé development, interview preparation, and important deadlines. Members, advisors, alumni, and community volunteers will provide guidance and review application materials. The committee will also maintain a scholarship calendar and share monthly reminders with chapter members.

Building Communities - Citizenship

The Randle FFA Building Communities (Citizenship) Committee will organize a local community service activities such as; local park cleanups, toy drives, animal shelter supply drives, elderly home support during the holidays, cards for veterans, fireman potluck.
Objectives:
The committee aims to promote citizenship, strengthen community involvement, and provide members with an opportunity to practice teamwork and leadership through a service project that benefits local residents.

The Randle FFA Economic Development Committee will host a Christmas Farmers Market to promote local agriculture, support community businesses, and provide students with opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills.
Objectives:
The committee aims to increase awareness of local agricultural products, provide a platform for student and community vendors, and develop members’ skills in business, marketing, and event organization.

The Randle FFA Environmental Committee will create a recycling program to promote environmental responsibility and encourage students to reduce waste within the school and community.
Objectives:
The committee aims to increase awareness of sustainable practices, encourage participation in recycling efforts, and develop members’ leadership skills through an environmental service project.

Building Communities - Human Resources

Randle FFA members will visit local elementary and middle school to lead agricultural literacy activities, read books, and facilitate hands-on lessons. This activity is designed to develop members' communication, leadership, and teaching skills while allowing them to serve as role models for younger students.
Objective: Increase member confidence and leadership abilities by providing at least three opportunities for members to plan and lead educational activities for elementary and middle school students.

Building Communities - Stakeholder Engagement

The Randle FFA Stakeholder Engagement Committee will highlight local businesses, supporters, and community partners through social media spotlights to recognize their contributions and strengthen relationships with the chapter.
Objectives:
The committee aims to increase community awareness of FFA partnerships, show appreciation for supporters, and encourage continued engagement between Randle FFA and local stakeholders.

Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Advocacy

The Randle FFA will organize a Day at the Capitol experience to provide members with the opportunity to learn about agricultural advocacy, state government, and the impact of agriculture on public policy.
Objectives:
The committee aims to develop students’ leadership and civic engagement skills, increase awareness of agricultural issues, and provide members with an opportunity to advocate for the future of agriculture.

Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Literacy

The Randle FFA Agricultural Literacy Committee will visit elementary students to read agriculture-related books and introduce them to the importance of agriculture through engaging educational activities.

The committee aims to promote agricultural awareness, strengthen connections with younger students, and develop FFA members’ communication and leadership skills through agricultural literacy outreach.

Strengthening Agriculture - Chapter Recruitment

The Randle FFA Chapter Recruitment Committee will promote FFA membership through an FFA Open House, “Why FFA?” campaign, and middle school recruitment visits to showcase chapter opportunities, student experiences, and agricultural programs.
Objectives:
The committee aims to increase FFA awareness, encourage new student membership, and strengthen connections with current and future members by highlighting leadership, career, and agricultural opportunities available through Randle FFA.

Strengthening Agriculture - Safety

The Randle FFA Safety Committee will provide an equipment safety demonstration to teach members proper procedures for safely using agricultural mechanics tools and equipment. As well as animal safety in the agricultural barn.
Objectives:
The committee aims to increase student awareness of safe equipment practices, reduce the risk of accidents, and promote a culture of safety within the Randle FFA agricultural program.

Strengthening Agriculture - Support Group

The Randle FFA Support Group Committee will recognize supportive school staff and host an FFA Family Welcome Night to build relationships, provide resources, and introduce members and families to FFA opportunities and expectations.
Objectives:
The committee aims to strengthen support for the FFA program, increase family involvement, and create a welcoming environment for new and returning members through appreciation and outreach activities.
